Can't say 1982 without this classic or the Scorpions.  You will be singing this all week when you listen, if you're not already doing it.  These Germans took the US by storm.  While his hair was weird, his voice was incredible.  

#6 Led Zeppelin - Hey Hey What Can I Do

Although the video is from a 1995 concert, we wanted to show you just how talented this band is.  from the 60's , 70's, 80's and into the 90's, this band was iconic.  Legends in rock and the base of most bands forward.  This song is a classic from 1982 and their CODA release.  Doesn't get much better than this folks.

Can you even say the 80's without AC/DC?  This song from 1982 (popularity) was actually released in 1981, but AC/DC releases stayed popular for years.  Classic people !!!

Moving toward the pop scene, we couldn't help but add this song to the list for 1982.  When your song is this popular, it even enters the hard rock list as a classic.  It should bring you back to 1982 in a heartbeat.  

#3 Van Halen  - Pretty Woman

While they usually add and "Oh" in front of the title to this song, we think its so good it should replace 'ol Roy (no disrespect).  Listen to this one and tell us you aren't back in 1982 rockin' to the oldies.  

#2 Survivor - Eye Of The Tiger

Yo Adrian.  You know what we are talking about.  This song brought out the tiger and "tough guy" in everyone.  Again, not the hardest of hard rock, but so popular and awesome, with the staying power of decades, we had to include it.   Inspirational fo sho.  Although we must say, Rocky looked a lot tougher than this video.   :)  That's what happens when liberals accidentally make a cool song.  LOL

#1 Def Leppard - Rock Of Ages

That's right folks, this was way back in 1982.  How could it be?  Damn fine song.   "Gunter Glieben Glauchen Globen", four made up words that replaced 1, 2, 3,4 to start a song.... and who knew it would launch this song to iconic levels.
